Sunshine Cabinet Of, By, For We the People
The EIN consortium of public interest governance entities is now recruiting a People's Cabinet that will facilitate the national conversation to create an affordable, balanced, sustainable budget to create a prosperous world at peace.
EIN, as a 501c3, does not endorse (nor condemn) any individual candidate. We seek instead to educate the public (including any and all candidates) on how to survive hitting bottom.
Make no mistake: America has hit bottom politically, socially, economicall, culturally, ideologically, technically, and in relation to natural and geographic constrains, with vanishing aquifers, poisoned food supplies, and an obese largely dumb population (including the elites, dumber by virtue of their exalted positions that the Average American that reteains common sense).
The document below was eight years in the making. It has been offered to Mayor Michael Bloomberg as a starting point, but he appears to have been sucked into the bi-partisan spoils system that is nothing more than legalized organized crime.
By 4 July 2008 we will publish an online national budget that can serve as the basis for informed deliberative democracy.
As best we can tell, there is not a single candidate now running that offers specifics about ways, means, and ends. We will do that as a public service, to establish a credible foundation for individual citizens to challenge each of the candidates as to their seriousness of pur5pose and their mastery of subtance.
The table below was created from 2000 forwards, by a combination of conservative Republicans, estranged moderate Republicans, conservative Democrats, and Independents. We seek an unlimited number of citizens willing to role play each of the Cabinet positions and the other key positions.
Below the transpartisan cabinet is the threat, policy, ways starting point.
We are working on setting up a WikiCalc that will allow individuals to create MyBudget, identifying themselves only by zip code and part preference (and unique anonymous identifier). That in turn will allow for the aggregation of budgets (e.g. all Libertarians in 22124) and an Open Space dialog where discrete groups can see the limited resources, the policy options, and can discuss alternative consensus means of achieving agreed-upon ends.
Self-governance is here to stay. This is the first real attempt to place the power of government, at the line item level, back in the hands of We the People, the sovereign power of the Republic.
