Transpartisanship
Transpartisanship is an emergent meme tha seeks to relegate the two party spoils system to the back of the bus, and open up our democratic process so that all parties, all citizens, have a level playing field.
It does not favor any candidate over another, but does porvide for evaluating all candidates, and where applicable, formally labeling them as either transpartisan in nature, or not.
The two key criteria for an evaluation are:
1) Constitution supported as the key document?
2) Electoral Reform Supported to End Two-Party Grid-Lock?
